The company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange has filed for bankruptcy

The Board of Directors of Herkules, a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, has petitioned the court to initiate restructuring proceedings – arrangement proceedings and bankruptcy petition.

The purpose of filing an application to open the Hercules Arrangement proceedings is to avoid declaring bankruptcy by enabling restructuring through the conclusion of an agreement with creditors, while ensuring the legitimate rights of creditors, the statement said.

On the other hand, the bankruptcy application was filed in the event that the court did not consider the application to open the arrangement proceedings.

The company that rents construction equipment is threatened with bankruptcy as a result of problems with the settlement of the contract by a subsidiary of PKP PLK.
