The fire that broke out on Saturday afternoon covered about 400 square meters of the landfill in aNYCH (Lodz County). The fire covers the barrels with an as-yet unspecified substance. There is no information about the injured. It is not yet known how long the firefighting operation will continue.
At around 1:30 pm on Saturday, the services received a report of a fire at the Chukot landfill. As Junior Brigadier General Mariusz Jagodzinski, spokesman for the Kutno fire brigade told us, the fire covers the barrels with an as yet unspecified substance.

We don’t have any information about the victims yet. Jagodziński said that the firefighters are just beginning their operations, so it is difficult to estimate how long the firefighting operation will take.
The landfill area is fenced off. The scene of the accident is secured by the police.
