Big fight with Usyk in Poland? There is a date and a place

Alex Krassyuk announced that his promoted group won the bid to stage the fight between Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) and Daniel Dubois (19-1, 18 KOs). The WBA, IBF and IBO heavyweight belts are at stake. There are more and more indications that the clash will take place in Poland.
Krasiuk announced his victory in the tender via Twitter. The right to host the match was expected to cost around $8 million. According to the Ukrainian promoter, the knockout fight between Usyk and Dubois may take place on August 12 in Wroclaw.

Remember, a high-profile topic in the boxing world in the first half of the year was a potential unification match between Usyk and Tyson Fury. All the heavyweight belts of the major organizations were to be at stake. In the end, however, the negotiations failed and the Ukrainian would fight the mandatory challenger.
